Group Dining

The Stock-Yard Restaurant is the premiere location for hosting a variety of private functions. We have 17 different dining rooms available for group dining with the ability to accommodate 10 to 300 guests.  Our complimentary shuttle service will transport your entire group safely to and from your hotel.  After dinner sit back and relax, at your request our strolling musician will entertain you in your room.

We like to make it as easy as possible when it comes to planning your menu.  Due to our years of experience and professional staff, groups of up to 80 can order off our full dinner menu or we can create a limited menu specific to your needs.  Allow us to take the hassle out of planning your event.  We would be more than happy to arrange custom centerpieces, flower arrangements, ice sculptures, specialty linen, chair covers, custom place settings, entertainment and transportation for your group. Our rooms are perfectly suited for business meetings, company functions, wedding events, family dinners or any special occasions. After dinner, enjoy the music stylings of our own strolling balladeer, Billy Bob Shane, as he entertains your group in their private dining room with songs, jokes, sing-a-longs, and requests, making it a truly memorable experience.

The Coach Room Event Center

If you need a larger venue, consider our Coach Room Event Center located on the lower level.  It boasts more than 7,000 square feet of space and can be custom designed or decorated to enhance your event.  This versatile space has the ability to accommodate groups up to 500. Whether you are planning a cocktail reception, buffet dinner or formal seated dinner, the Coach Room can be transformed to fit all your needs.   

Accommodations for the Coach Room include a portable dance floor with a, two tiered stage, graduated dining areas, VIP room with a working fireplace and privacy mirror, coat, three large video screens behind the stage with a state of the art sound and light system

Enjoy our fully stocked bar filled with premium liquors or select a bottle of wine from our wine cellar containing over 300 wines.  A second specialty bar can be used as a martini bar or dessert bar.  Two ceiling mounted cameras controlled by remote will allow our engineer to record your event as it is displayed on three large video screens behind the stage and on several monitors through out the room. 

Whether you are looking for background music or something to dance to the possibilities are endless. We can arrange a solo artist or a 7 piece band; from Country to Classic we will find the perfect musical entertainment for your event.  If you are looking for something different, allow us to arrange additional entertainment such as a themed artist, comedian,  caricaturists or Country Line Dancer.
